I am trying to follow this question so as to find out how to prevent my terminal from telling me every time I open a PDF that I have failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module", however after trying all the suggested answers, I have not had any luck. This is not strictly a problem as I am still able to open PDFs, however it is annoying, and I would like to know why this is happening. Here is a demonstration of what happens when I try to open a PDF.

mathewlewis@mathewlewis-ThinkPad-X220:~/Documents/bug$ open asdf.pdf
mathewlewis@mathewlewis-ThinkPad-X220:~/Documents/bug$ Gtk-Message: 13:52:55.165: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"
Gtk-Message: 13:52:55.167: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"

The pdf still opens (I have set firefox as my default pdf viewer in case this is relevant) however I get this message every time.
