I've got a DV camcorder.
I'd live to rip all my old footage over the usb/firewire.
I tried using coriander, dvgrab, kino, and a few others but the modules and/or devices are missing.
I don't have the /dev/fw* or /dev/ieee1394, and nothing in dmesg/modprobe/lsmod about firewire or 1394.
Any advice appreciated,
